De luxe villa of the seventies, surrounded by the sea and with an unforgettable view of the gulf and the village of Stintino. Carefully tuned natural products such as Stintino stone, juniper wood , terracotta floors are used in the building. The plain whitewashed walls help to illuminate these materials. Alle rooms give onto the 18 by 9 meter large swimming pool, with direct access to the sea. The villa is surrounded by a 10,000 meter large mediterranean garden with a small soccer camp and has a private mooring. The estate consists of a spacious living room with a grand piano, a billiard room, a big kitchen with a table for 14 persons, fridge, air circulation oven and dishwasher.
